The Buyer agrees to purchase the puppy identified as ________________ Male___ / Female___ from the litter out of the Dam Arcangel Bulldogges _____________ and the Sire ________________________ Arcangel Bulldogges.
Born on ________________ for the purchase price of $_____________.
1. Arcangel Bulldogges reserves the right to take first pick of the litter.
2. We require a deposit of $500.00 and a signed copy of this contract to hold the puppy until it is old enough for pick up or shipping, which is usually at 8 weeks of age. All deposits are nonrefundable. If you change your mind please remember all Deposits are non refundable. Deposits must be paid by cash, PayPal, if using PayPal please add 3.4% for PayPal fee. Also by certified cashiers bank check , or bank transfer.
3. All puppies are reserved on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis. Puppies will not be placed on hold without the required deposit.
4. We can offer ground shipping on our Olde English Bulldogge pups. If shipping is needed, buyer must pay all shipping costs. The full balance must be paid (including shipping cost) if needed to Arcangel Bulldogges by the puppy's sixth week of age. You are also more than welcome to come to our home and pick up your puppy. Which will also give you a good opportunity to see the Dam and Sire. Arcangel Bulldogges will not ship or deliver any puppy under any circumstances without receiving full payment.
5. In order to properly socialize your future puppy, we will not release any puppy till 8 weeks of age. If shipping/pick-up arrangements have not been made by the time puppy turns 8 weeks of age, a $150 a week boarding charge will apply, plus any other expenses incurred until the puppy is shipped/picked up. If buyer has made no attempt to pick up puppy by the puppy's 10th week of age the buyer will forfeit the puppy and all deposits and payments made to date, unless buyer and seller have reached an agreement that will be made in writing and signed by both parties and a copy will be issued to both parties.
6. Buyer agrees to register the puppy with the IOEBA under the tittle Arcangel Bulldogges (puppy's name). All pups are sold with full breeding rights, unless sold as pet quality, and then puppy must be spayed / neutered at 1 year of age. If puppy is sold as pet quality registration will be delivered with limited rights and once we receive written documentation from your veterinarian that the procedure has taken place.
7. There is no guaranty or warranty that the buyer will be able to show and or breed the dog regardless of show or breeding potential, nor can we guaranty to what size your dog or puppy will be as an adult.
8. Arcangel Bulldogges will have all puppies up to date and current on all shots and dewormings up until time of shipping or pick up, and health checks done by a certified veterinarian.
9. Arcangel Bulldogges will sell only puppies known to be of good physical health and without defects.
10. Buyer agrees to have puppy taken to a veterinarian of there choice within 48 hours of receiving or picking up their puppy. Arcangel Bulldogges requires that buyer send proof, and documentation of the puppy's visit from the veterinarians office with letter head of office and dated within the 48 hours of pick up/delivery by certified mail or by fax, or email within 7 days of delivery or pick up. If seller does not receive these documents in the time frame stated above this will void all heath guarantees on your puppy and no monies will be refunded.
11. In the event the buyer decides they can no longer keep the puppy. Buyer must give Arcangel Bulldogges the first opportunity to take the puppy back or purchase the puppy at a reduced price of 50% of the original sale price of the puppy if we decide to do so. Buyer also understands that by selling the puppy that all guarantees are null and void.
12. Buyer agrees to maintain the puppy in a clean, healthy and in safe conditions. Buyer agrees to have and maintain puppy up to date on all vaccinations and yearly check ups. Buyer agrees to properly feed, and have fresh water available for the puppy. Buyer agrees not to use the dog for any illegal activities such as but not limited to Dog fighting, puppy mills or drug activities. If it is found that the puppy or dog was used in this manner Arcangel Bulldogge will retake possession of the puppy and will not refund any monies , and shipping and vet bills will be paid by the buyer.
PUPPY GUARANTY
1. Arcangel Bulldogges agrees to warranty the puppy for 6 months from the day the buyer picks up/shipping (receives) from any life threatening illness that is related. Arcangel Bulldogges sells puppies known to be physically healthy and good temperament. Arcangel Bulldogges will replace the puppy of same sex with one of equal quality as determined by Arcangel Bulldogges, as soon as a comparable puppy becomes available. No monies will be refunded. Full medical documentation must be provided before the return of the defective puppy. The documentation must clearly explain and identify that the cause of the puppy's defect is genetically related and it is absolutely detrimental to the puppy's long term health. Which will be deemed life threatening. Arcangel Bulldogges has the right to have another veterinarian of our choice to reevaluate the findings and puppy of the buyers veterinarian. The findings and the opinion of Arcangel Bulldogges veterinarian will be considered the final and ultimate opinion. All shipping in the return of the puppy aswell as the replacement puppy if needed is to be payed by the buyer. Arcangel Bulldogges will not compensate the buyer for any veterinary expenses once the buyer picks up or receives puppy.
2. Arcangel Bulldogges does not include in our warranty/guaranty, but not limited to the presence of common (hookworms, round-worms, coccidia, giardia), fleas, stenotic nares (sniffling sound when breathing or snoring), entropian, small scrapes and or scracht's, bites as a result from playing with their siblings, cherry eye, and retained or undesended testicles, or coughs that are deemed short term by a veterinarian of the buyers choosing. Other disorders that can be caused by stress or environmental factors, such as kennel cough, allergies, mange(Demodex mange, Red mange or any type of mite mange) or other autoimmune disorders that we do not cover. Skin allergies are not covered as it can be related to a number of factors such as diet/food that is being fed, lack of proper cleaning of the puppy, or dust. Umbilical hernia-which is an "outie" belly button are not covered. No replacements will be given in cases of Parvo virus.We at Arcangel Bulldogges do not breed dogs with undesirable traits or conditions such as mange or bad hips, but it is unrealistic for us to say that prior generations did not have such conditions in their lines , therefore we cannot predict or guaranty that these issues will not show up in future litters. The opinion of the buyer's veterinarian, during the initial check up is to be considered final on all non-genetic illnesses and cannot hold Arcangel Bulldogges at fault or responsible for any misdiagnosis by the buyer's veterinarian. All expenses resulting from this examination are the buyer's responsibility.
3. Arcangel Bulldogges warranty does not cover hips. There are a couple of reasons that we exclude hips from coverage.
3a) A person could make the case that every Bulldogge is dysplastic to a degree do to frame structure and angularity of the breed.
3b) Factors other than genetics play a role in Dysplasia also such as, but not limited to floor surface, types of activities in which the dog may participate. Slope in which dog may live on or play on. Weight can be a factor, do not allow your bulldogge to become obese, as that can be a contributing factor to hip issues.
4. In the event of sudden death of a puppy that Arcangel Bulldogges sells occurs with in the 1st year, due to genetically related circumstances. Arcangel Bulldogges must receive a Certificate Of Death from a licensed veterinarian. The Certificate Of Death must state explicitly that the cause of death was related to an identified genetic condition through proper autopsy. The results of this certificate are to be evaluated by a veterinarian of Arcangel Bulldogges choice to confirm and authenticate the finding of the report. The findings and opinions of Arcangel Bulldogges Veterinarian are considered final. We do not extend this guaranty in the event of a non-sudden death manner related to a genetic condition. Any and all post mortem procedures that are preformed on the deceased puppy are the responsibility of the buyer. If it is determined to be a cause do to genetics, Arcangel Bulldogges will replace your puppy with one of the same sex and of equal quality as determined by Arcangel Bulldogges as soon as a puppy becomes available. Arcangel Bulldogges will charge the buyer the cost to ship the replacement puppy.
TEMPERMENT
1. Arcangel Bulldogges strongly recommends that the buyer attend obedience classes with their new puppy and provide proper socialization opportunities for the puppy. A well socialized puppy will be a happy puppy and well behaved puppy.
Arcangel Bulldogges is not and shall not be held responsible for acts of puppy/dog destruction, or any puppy/dog acts. Arcangel Bulldogges is not responsible for dog/dog actions or dog/cat actions, as these are the buyer's responsibility once the puppy leave Arcangel Bulldogges.
